- Personal service and involvement in the marketing of your property by all
Residential Sales Division personnel, including the Directors.
- Prompt and accurate written evaluation of your property, including factors such
as achievable price range, state of the market, suggestions for cosmetic
improvements etc.
- Evaluation of the best method of sale for your property, including by auction, by
private sale or by tender.
- Provision of a fully itemized advertising schedule.
- Provision of a For Sale board or a personalized text/photo board as appropriate.
- Opportunity for the Vendor’s own input into advertising copy if desired.
- Regular market activity reports provided verbally or in writing as appropriate,
including reviews and evaluations on the progress of the marketing campaign.
- Feedback to the vendor upon completion of all inspections.
- Prompt communication of all offers, without fear or favour.
- To ensure, as much as possible, that the final offer of a buyer is the maximum
price the buyer would pay for the property.
- Provision of full back-up and support by Administrative and Property
Management Division staff as necessary.
- Liaison with solicitors, conveyancers and advisors as required, to provide a
smooth sale to settlement process.
- To survey our vendor after the sale on the level of client satisfaction. This will
then be assessed to ensure that we maintain a high standard of service to our
clients.
