  • Personal service and involvement in the marketing of your property by all Residential Sales Division personnel, including the Directors.
  • Prompt and accurate written evaluation of your property, including factors such as achievable price range, state of the market, suggestions for cosmetic improvements etc.
  • Evaluation of the best method of sale for your property, including by auction, by private sale or by tender.
  • Provision of a fully itemized advertising schedule.
  • Provision of a For Sale board or a personalized text/photo board as appropriate.
  • Opportunity for the Vendor’s own input into advertising copy if desired.
  • Regular market activity reports provided verbally or in writing as appropriate, including reviews and evaluations on the progress of the marketing campaign.
  • Feedback to the vendor upon completion of all inspections.
  • Prompt communication of all offers, without fear or favour.
  • To ensure, as much as possible, that the final offer of a buyer is the maximum price the buyer would pay for the property.
  • Provision of full back-up and support by Administrative and Property Management Division staff as necessary.
  • Liaison with solicitors, conveyancers and advisors as required, to provide a smooth sale to settlement process.
  • To survey our vendor after the sale on the level of client satisfaction. This will then be assessed to ensure that we maintain a high standard of service to our clients.
