If you are currently within a fixed term Residential Tenancy Agreement you need to discuss your responsibilities with your property manager if you intend to vacate prior to the end of your lease.
If you are on a month-to-month tenancy arrangement you must provide a minimum of 28 days notice to vacate in writing. We will then make arrangements with you regarding inspections etc.
