Neil Rhodes is the Director in charge of Property Management. Neil has the responsibility of overseeing the entire Property Management Department and personally controls the Commercial & Industrial Property Management Division. It is a task in which his accounting qualifications and attention to detail are well placed. Neil oversees the activities of our Residential Property Managers, Teresa Dunn, Fiona Hedderwick and David Ryan, who have had a combined experience of 20 years in the real estate industry. The role of a Property Manager has expanded tremendously since the days when it was simply to act as a rent collector. Now the Property Manager has overall responsibility for the letting and management of properties. This includes arranging both necessary and preventative maintenance, and providing assistance to landlords in maximizing the long term investment return of their property. |

All internal inspections of properties with prospective tenants are conducted by members of our Property Management Department.
We do not engage in the dangerous practice of handing the prospective tenant the keys and hope they hand them back in (without taking a copy for later use!).
